Fluidmaster
The Client: Fluidmaster, found in more toilets than all other brands combined, is a leading global supplier of fluid management solutions. As a customer’s first choice and preferred supplier of toilet tank trim, Fluidmaster has been ingeniously engineering the internal flushing mechanisms of toilets for more than half a century.
The Challenge:Fluidmaster needed a scheduling solution for their worldwide test lab facilities.
The Solution: CPI assessed the requirements and determined that an upgrade to their existing Microsoft Sharepoint application would provide the data for the scheduling solution. Analytical reporting was then added to the solution to provide management with the proper insight and predictability for future scheduling issues.
The Results:Following implementation of CPI’s solution, Fluidmaster was able to quickly bring on-line two additional international manufacturing locations.
